Before the Pride March on Sunday, many celebrated their love and individuality at the NYC PRIDE Rally on Friday June 26 hosted by Tituss Burgess and The Heritage of Pride at Pier 26.

The rally celebrated the Supreme Court decision for marriage equality, educated everyone about the struggles faced by the LGBT community, and inspired many to continue fighting for social change.

The attendees who came to the free event enjoyed street vendors from splat hair color, Vitamin Water, and a Photo Booth by Showtime. Comedians and musicians like, Dina Delicious, Steve Grand, Adore Delano, and Ashanti, took the stage to perform fan favorites. While Spencer West and Kasha spoke about the issues of marriage equality and same sex love in their lives and how they’d like to continue to grow.
