Guests of BAR à FRITES may enjoy freshly hand-cut frites ($5.45 regular/$6.95 large) with complimentary Maille Black Truffle and Chablis White Wine mustard on tap, or choose from a selection of sauces for an additional purchase ($1.50 single/$3.75 trio). Sauces include: roasted garlic, truffle aioli, smoked paprika, her pesto, dijonnaise, curry aioli, sriracha ketchup, malt vinegar mayo, lemon peppercorn and wasabi mayo.
Signature Frites ($8.95) include:
- Truffle Frites – truffle oil, fine herbs, parmesan, truffle mayo,
- Poutine Canadienne – cheese curds, housemade brown gravy
