WEEKLY MOVING TIP FROM FLATRATE #24

by | Nov 19, 2015 | Downtown Living

FlatRate has all the resources to make sure that your move is as seamless as possible! These include great tips that you can use on your next move:

Pack a Survival Box

Your first night in the new house will be a strange one. You will be disoriented, the kids will be crazy from the transition and you will be dead tired, even if you hired movers and didn’t carry much from the truck. Make sure you have a survival box. Pack a box with the coffeemaker, the kids’ favorite toys, a bottle of wine (and a corkscrew) and a few kitchen items that will allow you to prepare a decent breakfast the next morning. Make that box standout and make sure it is the last one in the truck so it is also the first one in the new house.
