Just a stones throw from some of the best shopping, dining, and nightlife in all of Manhattan, 224 Mulberry Street is set to become one of the most desired buildings in all of downtown Manhattan once completed in the first quarter of 2015.

Located in the heart of Nolita, the 40,000 square foot development offers residents a phenomenal location in the heart of Downtown’s hottest neighborhood. Only steps from the pricey designer boutiques and eateries of SoHo, the Nolita location offers convenience and proximity to transport, minus the hoards of tourists and traffic congestion.

The boutique building, developed by Manhattan-based architecture and development firm Flank, is comprised of six residences, each complete with outdoor space and two secure car spaces, a rarity in New York City. The luxurious development will offer its discerning residents bespoke service and amenities including a 1,010 square foot gym, underground garage, and 1,370 square foot communal roof terrace with sweeping views of the city.

Condominiums in the eight story building hit the market for the first time late last year, ranging in price from $6 million to $30 million for the 5,646 square foot duplex penthouse. The building’s price point at upwards of $3,500 per square foot is record breaking for the neighborhood, which usually sees new constructions sell for approximately $2,000 per square foot. Currently listed with Flank’s in-house brokerage team, the developer is confident that and increasing demand for larger apartments in the area, together with the quality of finishes and amenities offered, justifies the price point of the building’s three to four bedroom residences.
