Under the Radar Festival is Back at the Public Theater

The Public Theatre, located on 425 Lafayette St, is presenting its Under the Radar Festival from January 6th thru the 17th. The Festival represents companies from countries around the world that are innovating the act of making theatre. Over the past 12 years, the festival has showcased companies from over 40 countries, whose performances immerse audiences in different cultures, worlds and issues.

This festival helps to implement the theater’s goal of fostering a diverse range of theater performances, from classic to contemporary. Through their many venues and programming, they are able to offer audience members many enthralling performances that tackle a myriad of social and cultural issues.
