The Macy’s Day Parade is coming to New York once again so it’s time to get nostalgic.

As tradition, the 89th Macy’s day parade will occur Thursday November 26th on Thanksgiving. It will feature four exciting new balloons including: Angry Bird, Dino, Scrat from Ice Age and, once again, Ronald Mcdonald.

There will also be six new floats that will feature popular brand names like  Spirit of America, Kentucky Fried Chicken, Ocean Spray, Build-A-Bear, Peanuts Worldwide and the Hallmark Channel .

The parade continues to make history, starting in 1924 and continuing today. More than 3.5 million people attend the parade, and almost 5 million view it on TV. The parade starts at 27th street passing iconic landmarks like Central Park, Times Square, and Broadway.
