Workout Wednesday’s are officially back and better than ever! Every spring, The Avenue of the Americas Association offers free classes to the community and this year, Laughing Lotus, an amazing space of peace and tranquility, will be kicking off the 2019 program! Laughing Lotus is encouraging people from all walks of life to come and join for an unforgettable experience. Classes are open to all experience levels and will be hosted every Wednesday in March from 6-7PM.
