The Fulton
The Fulton, located by Pier 17 at The Seaport, is Chef Jean-Georges Vongerichten’s first seafood restaurant. It’s located in an area of the city he fell in love with back in the 1980s, downtown’s former bustling Fulton Fish Market. Lunch: Monday – Friday, $45. Dinner: Monday – Sunday, $60. House of The Red Pearl, a hidden gem of fine dining blending Jean-Georges’ innovative touch with Eastern flavors, is nestled discreetly behind a storefront in The Tin Building, for an exclusive dining experience. Located in the elegant Beekman Tower, enjoy at Le Gratin a three-course *dinner for $60 at Daniel Boulud’s newest Downtown bistro, serving up Lyonnais fare reminiscent of his hometown.
