January in NYC-while the temperatures are dipping, the opportunities for fine dining at a discount will warm you up, thanks to the biannual Restaurant Week.
The 2026 winter edition of NYC Restaurant Week, which runs from January 20 to February 12, features nearly three dozen downtown restaurants alone. These delightful eateries are offering offer two-course lunches and three-course dinners for $30, $45 and $60. Deals are available Monday through Friday and on Sundays at select spots. Le Gratin (5 Beekman St.) Grab a friend or date to dine at Daniel Boulud’s FiDi restaurant, serving up his favorite dishes from Lyon. Begin your meal with Soupe du Jour or Charcuterie du Jour, followed by French-inspired dishes such as Saucisse de Toulouse au Couteau: Toulouse Sausage, Mashed Potatoes, Veal Jus or Steak-Frites with 8 oz. Manhatta (28 Liberty St.) Three-course lunch only. Start with appetizers including oysters, hamachi crudo, mains including Grilled Sea Bass, Berkshire Pork Neck, and more.

Motek (928 Broadway) A new fixture in the Flatiron District since the fall, Motek’s cheerful vibe will brighten your day and fill you up with hearty, healthy Mediterranean cuisine.
