CEO Katina Dermatas expressed “how thrilled Ladurée’s US brand could expand its visibility and shared historical presence in New York City since 1895, by establishing a jewel box boutique in the heart of Rockefeller Center.” Gifting and the art of celebration have always been synonymous with Ladurée, now it boasts an exclusive partnership with Brunschwig & Fils a French interior design company renowned for their textiles and wall coverings to create a signature pattern to adorn both boutique and a new macaron box to celebrate its opening.

 

 

The Castellane Print is a stylized adaptation of an early French 20th-century chintz fabric, inspired by 17th-century Indian palampores (bedspreads) depicting classic Tree-of-Life motifs, paired with a contrasting Maubec Stripe in hues drawn from Ladurée’s signature greens. Moreover, locals and expats can now share a Parisian experience in style, flavor, and design, with a touch of holiday magic happening right outside the doors. Ladurée, in essence, embodies French craftsmanship intrinsically woven into New York’s festive tradition.

 

 

The special edition macaron box will be available in the new store and online across the US on December 4th. The boutique has gifting boxes to be filled from the showcase or prefilled with macarons, a gift wrapped with an elegant cloth ribbon.
