The Mile High Run Club has opened in Lower Manhattan! Their daily group treadmill classes and endurance focused strength training led by elite runners help everyone train like an athlete regardless of fitness level. Their expertly structured intervals and smart purposeful training guarantee that you will reach your goals incredibly quickly.
Classes:
45 or 60 min classes run throughout the day starting at 6:30am ending at 8:30pm
DASH 48: This 45-minute class provides a foundation for runners of all levels with about 28 minutes of structured intervals followed by 10 minutes of strength plus power training with kettlebells.
THE DISTANCE: This hour-long advanced performance improving class incorporates 50 minutes of continuous intervals, tempo, and hills on the treadmill and is coached by elite runners.”
The Studio:
There are 30 Woodway 4Front machines, the ultimate in treadmill technology and a distraction free flex room for foam rolling, gait assessments, or one-on-one time with our team of elite coaches in order to fulfill our mission to address the specific needs of runners. There are also locker rooms with showers and full amenities.
