Bikini season is here! It’s time for summer clothes and summer bodies. Whether you want to stay toned, get fit, or just get healthy, CRUNCH will be hosting Morning CRUNCH free fitness classes every morning Monday through Friday from 7-8 am, beginning June 2nd. Classes take place on the South Street Seaport Front/Row lawn at the corner of Front and Fulton Streets. The group setting of each class is ideal for meeting like-minded fitness fans and helping each other stay motivated. Each day of the week highlights a particular form of exercise. Monday starts off the week with Yoga and Sunrise Salutations. Tuesday is designated for Breakfast Bootcamp and includes the guidance of CRUNCH Personal Trainers. Wednesday aims to promote wellness with a Yoga/Pilate’s fusion class. Thursday throws it back to the good old day with Retro-Robics. Friday ends the week with Zumba® or Dance classes to energize you for the weekend! Join the event on Facebook here.
