If you’re looking for a new boot camp to try this summer, check out Circuit of Change’s Mind Body Bootcamp in Chelsea. The class merges the mind-body fitness philosophy of a yoga class with high intensity interval training. A single workout combines cardio, martial arts, core fusion and gymnastics. Instructors will also incorporate meditation into the class and block time out for hydration breaks in between intervals.

Circuit of Change’s workouts are centralized around burning hundreds of calories while toning and sculpting your body. Each class will challenge you in a new way—so expect to work every muscle.

Classes run daily at the Circuit of Change wellness studio (57 West 16th St., 4th floor), but there are also outdoor classes at Pier 46 that will run through October. The outdoor boot camp series is Monday-Wednesday at 6:45 p.m. and overlooks Hudson River. A one hour class is only $29. Walk-ins are not allowed, so make sure to register online before showing up.

Bring water, a mat and wear sneakers.
