Friday: The perfect excuse to go ahead and treat yourself to happy hour. And while you are at it, why don’t you enjoy a nice minty treat? This Friday, July 11, is National Mojito Day, and DOWNTOWN has three perfect places for you to enjoy the holiday to its full potential.
As you probably know, a mojito consist of white rum, sugar, lime juice, sparkling water and mint. These three bars take this classic drink and put their own spin on it, which gives you all the more reason to celebrate the holiday.
Ph-D– Dream Hotel. Above Dream Hotel sits Ph-D, an incredible rooftop lounge with spectacular views. This bar is the perfect spot to enjoy Mojito Day by yourself or with all of your friends. Ph-D is chic and retro, located right on the corner of 16th and 9th. The Living Room Bar & Terrace– W Hotel. The Living Room Bar & Terrace is easily one of the most fabulous places in New York City. Bar D’eau– Trump SoHo New York. Finally, stop by Bar D’eau at the Trump Soho New York in downtown Manhattan. Not only is it beautifully decorated, but the mojitos are masterfully prepared for the most luxurious of clients.
