Penthouse at Ritz Carlton Going to Auction

by | Jun 22, 2017 | Downtown Living, Real Estate

One of the best views in Lower Manhattan is now for sale.

A luxury penthouse property at The Ritz-Carlton Residences is heading to auction on June 28. The space, which has four bedrooms, including a large master suite, is a prime locale situated in the gorgeous Battery Park neighborhood. Brookfield Place, the hip office and shopping complex, is nearby and offers a lineup great places to shop, eat and drink.

Its proximity to Battery Park and Lower Manhattan makes it a perfect location for seeing all the city has to offer. Head to the historic Financial District, the World Trade Center or the hopping Le District at Brookfield Place in a matter of minutes.

The best view is the one of the Statue of Liberty, which you’ll be able to see from the bathtub, bedrooms, and, most clearly, from the breezy and open balcony overlooking the Hudson River.

Concierge Auctions is showing and auctioning the property. It was previously listed for $14.5 million, but bidding is expected to start at $6 million.

“You won’t find anything like it in Manhattan,” said Chris O’Neill, the Toronto Market Director for Concierge Auctions. “You have endless vistas of the Statue of a Liberty, New York Harbor and incredible sunsets over the Hudson River.”

Bidding ends at 9 p.m. on June 29. Those interested in receiving further details can contact Concierge Auctions through their website.
