It’s that time of year again! Milk Bar has changed their menu, and trust us, you will love the new items they have to offer.

Serving as the owner, chef and founder of milk bar, Christina Tosi started the bakery five years ago. Since its first debut back in 2008, milk bar has grown, both across the city and internationally, opening its doors in several parts of Manhattan as well as in Toronto, Canada. They have six locations in total, and a seventh store is coming this fall to Soho. Milk Bar has been called “one of the most exciting bakeries in the country” by Bon Appetit Magazine.

Today, milk bar is out with the old and in with the new–some of their classic menu items will leave to make room for new ones. They are introducing Blueberry Bagel Bomb, which is baked with pureed blueberries and cream cheese; Cubano Bomb, which is a sandwich that has pulled pork marinated in Cuban mojo; Bagel Bomb, which is filled with a smoky bacon scallion cream cheese, topped with everything bagel spice; and Egg & Cheddar Bomb, which will include Spanish onion as well as sriracha cream cheese.

And while some items are leaving, a few desserts are coming back by popular demand. These treats include Confetti Cookies, Grasshopper Pie, Chocolate Chip Cake and complimentary Chocolate Chip Truffles, among others. For anyone who is new to milk bar, take it from us, these desserts are hard to beat.

Don’t hesitate to visit milk bar’s website to order anything off their menu (yes, they do ship nationwide!) or visit Lower Manhattan’s milk bar store in East Village on 251 E 13th Street on the corner of 13th Street and 2nd Avenue.
