Little Apple “Editors Picks”: The Best Snack Packs

Kids nutrition is something that is a priority for many families. It’s important for children to eat healthy and nutritious meals and snacks. But when busy downtown kids are on-the-go, there is always the temptation to simply grab an unhealthy snack or meal, based on convenience. But not all snack options are unhealthy. Downtown Magazine has compiled a list of our Little Apple’s “Editor’s Picks” for healthy and tasty snack packs for kids.

Happy Family Brand Happy Squeeze Yogurt

Happy Squeeze Yogurt mixes Greek yogurt mixed with fruits. It comes in two flavors Razzleberry and Super Strawberry. Each flavor contains 90 calories. It is also a great source of calcium and vitamin C. The Happy Family brand is 100 percent organic and was founded by a mother on the principal of providing nutritious food for young children.

GoGo Squeez Applesauce

Apple sauce can be messy, but GoGo Squeez fixes the problem with a convenient pouch design. In addition to the original apple flavor, there are a number of fun twists such as AppleBanana, ApplePineapple, AppleMango, and others. All products are GMO free.

Quaker Oats Chewy Granola Bars
