The uppermost duplex condominium at Soho’s iconic Puck Building has officially hit the market with a $66 million price tag. If sold at asking price, the newly completed PHI will become the most expensive residential sale in downtown Manhattan, surpassing the $50.9 million record achieved by The Walker Tower Penthouse in 2014.

Described as “the crown jewel of SoHo” by listing agent Nikki Field, the 7,241 square foot Puck Penthouse boasts six bedrooms, seven and a half bathrooms, and more than 5,000 square feet of outdoor space. Finished to the highest standards, the residence enjoys a range of private amenities including a library, gym, home theatre, wine cellar, yoga lawn, landscaped private terraces, putting green, and spa tub overlooking the Empire State Building.

Developed by Kushner Companies, the full service boutique building comprises only six unique residences and is serviced by a full time doorman and concierge. Residents are also invited to enjoy catering from the in-house Food & Wine restaurant’s Chefs Club.

Acquired by the developer in the early 1990s, the 250,000 square foot building has been meticulously updated for luxurious contemporary living, while retaining its authentic pre-war charm and character.

Listed exclusively by Sotheby’s International Realty, the penthouse is the fourth residence for sale in the ten story Puck building, with unit four selling for $28 million in May last year.
