What
BARKtoberfest is a Halloween-themed costume party and contest for pooches and their owners, hosted by Downtown Magazine and Poochi NYC. A panel of judges will give prizes for the best costumes, while owners relax with a beer and a complimentary gift bag (while supplies last).
