On Friday, February 14th, Pergola will offer a 4-course prix fixe menu for two for $150, which includes a fresh fruit hookah with 12 flavors to choose from and two glasses of champagne, wine or specialty cocktails.

The menu, which features influences from Greece, Turkey and across the Middle East, will include feature dishes such as Lobster Salad with mango, caramelized walnuts, organic greens with an apple cider vinaigrette and Organic Cornish Hen with gigante beans, roasted red pepper and sautéed kale. To complement the meal, guests can choose from a list of specialty cocktails including Spearmint 75 (vodka with lemon, torn spearmint, agave, lemon rind and a splash of Prosecco) and Lavender-Lime Collins (gin with lime juice, Luxardo maraschino and lavender-violet liqueur topped with soda and a mint bushel of thyme).
