Just when you thought you had experienced all the indoor cycling that New York City has to offer, Flow Cycle enters the scene. Popular personal trainer and group fitness instructor, Aisha Prielozny, opened the doors to her Financial District studio this summer.

This is the first boutique fitness studio in Manhattan to be equipped with Real Ryder bikes. Aisha told us, “I chose the Real Ryder bikes because they lean side to side as you shift your weight and simulate turning. This creates a more realistic ride than a stationary bike and forces you to engage your upper body and core muscles in the most intense way.”

Another interesting twist that separates this class from the rest is the presence of a scenic road projected in high-definition on the wall at the front of the room. So instead of just staring at the instructor or the pool of your own sweat, the screen gives you the feeling that you are riding outdoors with a pack of fellow cyclists.

Classes run daily and cost only $22 per ride so head out to Flow Cycle at 2 Rector Place in the Financial District to get in the best shape of your life!
