Spice Market is celebrating the occasion with two dishes that are added as specials on the menu. Executive Chef Anthony Ricco will be serving watermelon gazpacho, and bringing back an old dessert favorite: chocolate covered watermelon slices.

For all of you Thai food lovers, the gazpacho is in fact Thai inspired and is an ice-cold soup featuring the food of the day – watermelon.
