Christie’s First Open Auction Series To Run From Jul. 14 to 29

With over 500 works, including paintings, sculpture, photography and more, Christie’s First Open Auction Series is the place to be from July 14th to July 29th for the opportunity to preview some fantastic work.

Encompassing a standout selection of works with a wide range of styles and price points, the Summer iteration of the Christie’s FIRST OPEN Auction Series will be offered for the first time as an Online Only Sale, which will be open for bidding from Jul. 14 to 29.

The “Post-War and Contemporary Collection” features paintings, sculpture, works on paper, photographs and installations, including notable lots by Alexander Calder, Sol Lewitt and John McCracken, among others. 

The “Editions Collection” comprises over 200 editions and multiples by artists including Andy Warhol, Ed Ruscha and David Hockney.  

All lots will be on view to the public at 20 Rockefeller Plaza throughout the duration of the online auction with extended evening hours Monday, Jul. 18 through Thursday, Jul. 21, in addition to Tuesday, Jul. 26, when the galleries will be open until 8:00 PM.
