Brookfield Place is proud to bring a piece of The Seine to the Hudson with their Bastille Day celebration this weekend. Join Brookfield for a summer fête featuring a full day of music, games, and family fun overtaking the outdoor plaza, Winter Garden, and 230 Vesey Shops. The day-long event will incorporate activities for people of all ages including live performances, Parkour demonstrations and lessons, caricature artists, French films — as screening in Hudson Eats — and wandering musicians.

Among the scheduled live performances:

11:00AM – Bilingual Birdies
12:00PM – Broadway’s Les Miserables
12:30PM – New York Theatre Ballet
1:30PM – Manhattan Lyric Opera
2:30PM – New York Theatre Ballet
3:30PM – Broadway’s Liberty: A Monumental New Musical
4:15PM – Jolie Môme French Band

Le District is set to provide plenty of highlights on Jul. 16, including a baguette workshop, a St. Agustin cooking class, a Moet bar, cotton candy, crepes, and ice cream. It will also feature a Bright Lights Paris book signing event.

People able to stay for hours will also be able to fill up their Bastille Day Passport with blue stamps, treating them to a free gift.
