Sundara has established its brand of sustainable soap recycling operations by sourcing local women from underserved areas and training them how to recycle, process and distribute hotel soap. These women are employed at a fair wage and become community hygiene ambassadors, distributing soap to schools, clinics and nonprofits and teaching about the benefits of good hand hygiene.

The organization was founded in 2013, and is currently operating programs across India, Uganda and Myanmar. Since its founding, Sundara has reached over 10,000 children and adults regularly with soap deliveries and regular hygiene education. Its founder, Erin Zaikis, is an award-winning social entrepreneur, avid speaker and mentor on building sustainable nonprofits.

Tickets can be purchased through Eventbrite.
