Leah Yerpe is one of the artists featured at the fair
For all the people that are in love with contemporary and modern art, and can’t wait to buy another piece of that particular artist you just can’t resist, there is an upcoming event that will absolutely daze you: the Art Southampton International Contemporary & Modern Art Fair.
The event will be held during the peak of the Hamptons social and cultural season, July 24 through July 28. The fair takes place each year next to the Southampton’s Golf Club, in an 18-acre estate property. The works featured focus on 20th and 21st century artists, carefully selected from 75 international galleries. There will be a VIP preview sponsored by Maserati, GRAFF Diamonds, Ruinart Champagne and Saunders & Associates, and it will benefit the Southampton Hospital, and the Parrish Art Museum. Preview access will be limited to Platinum VIP cardholders.
Last year’s fair was very successful, with a turn out of more than 4,000 art professionals and enthusiasts and individual pieces selling in excess of six or seven figures. We are expecting a similar, if not greater outcome for this year’s fair.
