Downtown’s first luxury all-residential hotel AKA Wall Street is projected to open in late spring. Created by brothers Larry and Brad Korman, the complex will offer 132 spaces ranging from studio suites to penthouses, complete with amenities that will make any guest feel right at home. The space will also have a rooftop, an outdoor space, a four-season lounge, an outdoor ‘a.cinema’ and a gym.
The hotel is located at 84 William Street, central put many attractions and the bustling FiDi atmosphere. It is one of many developments that are rejuvenating downtown Manhattan as a destination for visitors.
