Saturday June 20th, 2015 in the city that never sleeps The Mets and the Metropolitan Hospitality are hosting the 3rd Annual Citi Field Sleepover sponsored by Bedgear beginning at 6:30pm.
During the event, Bedgear will host custom pillow fittings for attendees to receive a recommendation for the best performance pillow suited for their unique needs. Interestingly enough, this is the same process provided to the New York Mets players during their spring training camp.
Although let us not forget, Father’s Day is sneaking up on us and creeping right around the corner. If you are having trouble finding a gift for you dad this Father’s Day, look no further because this annual sleepover event is the go-to gift. Why not bring your dad to this sleepover event? It would be a great time for fathers and their children to bond over favorite baseball players, share stories with one another, as well as interact with the NY Mets Team. How fun is that?
This one night only annual experience is a chance for fans to have the opportunity to either sleep in the Outfield or pitch a tent on the Warning Track to watch, but keep in mind that tent space is a first come, first serve basis.
There will also be a live broadcast of the Mets road game against the Atlanta Braves on the Citi Vision board in centerfield. In addition, other various entertainment will include The Lego Movie that will be shown for patrons to enjoy, attendees will be able to watch the Mets take on the Braves from Atlanta on the high-definition centerfield video board, with taking pictures with Mr. & Mrs. Met, limited concessions for purchase and breakfast in the morning that is included in the ticket price. All attendees will also receive a ticket to the Mets vs. San Diego game on Tuesday, July 28th.
However, this experience does only happen once a year, so even if you’re just looking for fun things to do in the month of June, then this should definitely be at the top of your list.
